Area manager of the fast food franchise is responsible for 5 to 7 units in a specified region and trains the restaurant management team, increase sales, achieves targets, ensures that the unit annual operating plans are met or exceeded and ensures customer satisfaction.

Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Restaurant General Manager of the food and hospitality franchise is responsible for many functions such as controlling of routine operations, managing the restaurant team, controlling profit and loss, recruiting, interviewing and hiring team members, ensuring maintenance of equipment and facility and ensuring quality of food quality and customer satisfaction.
