Evolution of the Hot Millions Food Franchise
Anant Bir Singh and the first outlet was opened in 1979.Anant Bir Singh’s culinary skills and the army officer’s administrative skill soon took the shape of a fast food business, which had customers queuing up for an empty table. This led to expansion and the restaurant services franchise opened four more outlets around Chandigarh. The name of Hot Millions uses the initials as in the name of Harinder Mohini.
The Hot Millions Food franchise has the aim to provide its guests the best food in the country. As the mother kitchen of the fast food franchise is centralised, the restaurants have been able to maintain quality and standards, since its inception. The restaurant franchise is planning to expand, by developing a network of owners and there are already four owners, one in Mohali, one in Ludhiana, one in Dharampur in Himachal Pradesh and one in Sector 35 Chandigarh.Each Franchise of Hot Millions Food has two outlets each, one for a quick service family restaurant and the other for fine dining with a pub/bar. 31.05.2007
