Kundan Lal Gujral changed the face of Indian cooking across the world, by elevating its position in this field. He turned the ordinary village tandoor, which is a clay oven used for baking breads, into a royal mode for his innovation. Then he also introduced the tandoori chicken, butter chicken, and was a heralding a revolution in taste and transformed the Indian eating habits, by pacing India on the global gourmet map.
Kundan Lal Gujral’s Moti Mahal Delux Hospitality franchise was a home for his culinary creations and it witnessed growth to be a legend in its field. This food and beverage franchise was frequently visited by natives and foreign visitors and also foreign dignitaries who were visiting India.
