Business Opportunities at the National Academy of Event Management Franchise
Hence, National Academy of Event Management offers interested candidates to share the name, fame and money that come with the success, expertise and efforts. In order to fulfil the demand-gap for professionals in the industry and expand its horizons, NAEMD started developing exclusive franchisees in India and abroad.
Becoming a franchisee of National Academy of Event Management has its advantages such as the business model that is exclusively designed for people with a strong determination to make fortunes in the event education Industry. They may not be experts in management but should definitely possess strong entrepreneurial skills. Franchisees will be actively taking part in various business activities with the supporting infrastructure to enable them get excellent returns on the investments.
Franchisees can select their location, setup an NAEMD Centre, provided they have a strong inclination, prime location and funds to invest. They need to be qualified in entrepreneurial and managerial skills, have a commitment of a full time involvement and an urge to become a celebrity.
The fist step would be to submit the profile on the work experience and financial background. After evaluating the profile, the franchise team will send a complete franchise business plan with financial calculations. The Business Development Manager would be available on mail and phone for answering any queries.
The third step is sending the application at the Head Office along with Application Money in the form of a demand draft and after that the application will be evaluated. Once the location is finalised, a Memorandum of Understanding or MOU will be signed by both NAEMD and the franchisee for the final agreement of allotment of franchise.
After the MOU, set-up of the centre is planned by finalising the interior design and architectural planning. Staff selection, organisation plan, marketing and promotional planning and faculty recruitment will also be discussed and implemented. The opening date of the centre is also decided with proper marketing and operational flows.
Franchisees will also go through a management training programme that covers all aspects of centre operations. One week before the opening, the final payment of technical know-how is to be paid and the final agreement is signed between both the parties to have a successful long term venture. 31.05.2007
