The other certifications received by the Dr Lal Path Labs laboratory services franchise include College of American Pathologists accreditation with a distinction, British Standards Institution (BSi)’s ISO 9001:2000 Certification, BS 7799 Certification for information security (under process) and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) Certification of Centers in the field of Medicare & Medicaid Services.

The honours and accolades conferred on Dr Lal Path Labs franchise include Prime Minister honouring the franchise for its meritorious services in 1979, US Embassy giving the Certificate of Merit in 1985 and French Government’s deal to train French lab technologists in the scientific exchange programme in 1988.
