Evolution of Team India Managers Ltd concept?

Team India Managers (TIM) Ltd. was the result of our company MD Mr Suraj Saraogi’s assistance that he extended to his friend in setting up Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematic. The swift success in this retail venture inspired him to structure the business model. Having tremendous scope for new players he decided to use this concept for the advantage of budding entrepreneurs by offering a complete business model to them with a host of services that assist in the smooth establishment and subsequent running of a retail venture. In this way this would help overcome the teething problems and obstacles that many new ventures face. Thus he officially launched the company in March 2007. Thus our first ventures include MAAC centres in various parts of the country and abroad, Spykar Jeans at Chowpatty, Avalon Aviation Academy at Dadar, in-house brands like Crepeteria and HAS Juice, a health juice bar. Today Team India Managers ltd stands comfortably with 35 ventures across various verticals.

Who is our ideal or target entrepreneur?

Prospective, promising, aspiring and potential entrepreneurs are the biggest asset of our company. Since we realize and recognize the need to promote and foster the spirit of entrepreneurship, our focus rests on the youth of today who have an invincible desire to perform, the saturated employees who desire to break out from the same unchallenging job profile and the outgoing and vibrant women entrepreneurs.

How do we choose our Franchisors?

We look for a viable business model, goodwill of the brand, its potential to capture the market, and a strong background. We conduct a cost benefit analysis and a feasibility report, to choose the most profitable business and shortlist various alternative lucrative business opportunities for our investors and entrepreneurs. However, we do not restrict to a particular industry or sector, but cater to various brands in varied fields, from aviation education programs to apparel to F & B.
