SIA’s vast product collection, along with high standards of customer satisfaction and service have established them a market leader in organised art jewellery. Along with the basic services provided, customisation of colour and design is also provided, which is rated as a ‘delight’ by customers.

Following are the prerequisites for our retail concept:-

1) The premises should have minimum frontage of 12ft and minimum height of 10ft.
2) As the stocks are on consignment basis the franchisee has to give stock deposit of Rs. 7 lacs and bank guarantee of Rs. 8 lacs towards stocks.
3) The interior cost will be approx 10 lacs for a carpet area of 500 sq.ft. (Includes cost of Props, signage, software, hardware, accessories etc)
4) Brand fee of Rs. 5 lacs + Service tax. Out of which Rs. 2 lacs is refundable on the renewal of the franchise agreement.
5) The total investment required from the franchisee will be approximately Rs.22 lacs.
6) The company will provide the following :-

a) 0pening Invitation Cards approx between 200 to 400 cards depending upon the requirement.
b) Advirtisement support at national and regional level.
c) One Manager will be provided by the company at the store level.
d) Profitable mark down of 25% ex-factory on MRP. All incidental expenses or levy to be borne by the franchisee.
