Fred Mouawad is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of starting
successful and innovative ventures in a variety of industries and in different
countries. He has served companies in different positions from being a Chairman,
CEO, and/or a board member of several startups and more mature companies. In
1995 he co-founded G Partners a venture capital firm that raised a US$ 50
million fund and made a series of investments in traditional and online
retailing ventures. In 1999 he founded Mondera, a pure e-tailer of diamonds and
jewellery on the Internet with its head offices in New York. He also founded
Instore Magazine which has been voted since 2003 as the best trade magazine for
the American jewellery retailers, Itorama Consulting, an IT solutions Company
with offices in Bangkok and Bangalore, and Precious Link a company purveying
very fine rubies and sapphires to dealers and high-end jewellers around the
world. Fred has travelled the world extensively, and has direct experience
managing in countries as diverse as the USA, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, United
Kingdom, Thailand and India.
In 1996 Fred started in the food and beverage industry by founding Pizza Corner
in Chennai, India with the expectation that the second most populated country in
the world would develop rapidly. Based on the early success of this strategy, in
1997 Fred decided to launch “Coffee World” in Thailand. In 2004 Fred formed
Global Franchise Architects in Switzerland, and grouped both brands under one
Company with the goal of using the same corporate structure to manage multiple
brands. In 2004 GFA launched “New York Deli”, and in 2005 its fourth brand “The
Cream & Fudge Factory”. This year GFA launched its two more brands “The Donut
Baker” in Thailand and India & “Golden Pretzel” in Thailand. We launched our
fourth brand in India "The Cream & Fudge Factory" in December '07.

Dine-In restaurants: Our Dine-in Restaurants offer a holistic guest experience.
All our restaurants have spacious sit-down dining area with a rich décor and
ambience. With an area of 1200-2500 sq. ft, these restaurants are present in
places with a good mix of local and floating population, in malls & multiplexes
and close to offices & residences. Some of our dine in restaurants also have
play areas for children, thus providing a complete experience full of fun, food
and relaxation.
Delivery outlets: Pizza Corner has Delivery Outlets for moments when you want to
stay at Home or Office and relish tasty bites. All one needs to do is call the
single telephone number in each city and place the order. Hot and delicious
Pizzas are delivered within 39 minutes from the time of order. If not delivered
in 39 minutes the pizza is provided free to the customer. With an area of 700
-800 sq. ft., the delivery outlets are located around residential and commercial
zones and also cater to takeaways.
Express Outlets: These outlets are located at high traffic/footfall areas like
shopping malls, highways, railway stations, fuel stations, amusement parks,
event centers and IT parks. These outlets cater to people on the move, who would
have limited time and would prefer a quick tasty bite in a clean and hygienic
ambience

Franchisee Requirements
The requirement from a franchisee is a space of 200 to 2000 sq feet area and an
Investment capacity 25 Lakhs to 80 Lakhs depending on the Location and the model
.This includes franchisee fee,interior cost,rental advance,training etc.
Recruitment Process
Once we get an enquiry, a Franchise Application Form is sent to him to be filled
with his personal details and to be sent back to us. Once it is approved by the
company a personal meeting is arranged and the process moves ahead.
