This restaurant has been named 'Motimahal Delux Tandoori Trail' to show and portray its culinary-trail from Peshawar to Delhi. Moreover, the Moti Mahal Delux Hospitality franchise was the first Indian restaurant to launch tandoori and mughlai cuisine across the world. This new restaurant traced its successful past by creating a photo gallery, which was released by the renowned Indian artist and sculptor Satish Gujral in 2004.
Moti Mahal Tandoori Trail is one of the restaurants to have an official cook book that was published by Roli books, which were released by the minister for law and justice, industry on 18th April, 2004. This book of the food and beverage franchise contains famous Moti Mahal recipes and some of the rare photos of famous people who visited the restaurant.
