Monish Gujral actively helps and trains students in Tandoori and Mughlai culinary in the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition, Pusa, Delhi. Monish has also instituted a trophy for the best student chef every year in the Institute of Hotel Management Pusa, Delhi, in the memory of his late grandfather, Shri Kundan Lal Gujral.
