sq. ft. and 2000 sq. ft., respectively.
- Interiors and furniture: Chhabra 555 provides the vendor support, and then the
work is carried on by the local associates.
- Security Deposit: Rs. 30-40 lakhs against a stock of approx. Rs 75 lakh to 1
crore
- Launch expenses: Shared between Chhabra 555 and the Business Associate
- Term: 5 Years
- Marketing Campaign: Aggressive marketing campaign is carried on in all cities
wherever our stores are launched. Some local level contribution, however, comes
from the Business Associate.
