Do I need to be actively involved in the operation of the outlet?
Through our experience we have discovered that most of our successful franchisees are the ‘owner-Operator’ franchisees. Successful business performance of the outlet is in the direct response to personal attention of the owner. The initial take off may demand long hours and complete involvement by the franchisee.
Do I have the choice of the location of the outlet?
Of course, you certainly have the choice in identifying the location with Alethia considering the Demography, traffic, parking and visibility parameters. We at Alethia Network will assist and advice you in the selection process of the location.
What is the Duration of the Agreement?
The term for a single unit outlet is one (01) year. This Franchisee is renewable at the end of the duration of the agreement for additional period for one (01) year with one (01) lac renewal fee.
Do I need a commercial place only?
No, your place should be easily approachable, possibly near market areas in thickly populated part of the city. It may be semi commercial/commercial/residential place as long as there is no objection from the Govt. authorities.
I have a new center where I have invested Rs 10 lacs recently. Would you want me to change it again as per your specification?
Our personnel will need to look at it and see if it confirms to our Alethia Centers specifications. If it does, you may not need to spend more.
Who will approve my site and when?
Place of business will be approved by Alethia Representative from Head Office only after accepting your application along with the requisite fee.
How long will it take to start business after signing the franchisee Agreement?
After going through and understanding the content of the franchisee agreement you should be able to start.
What form of training is provided?
To ensure your success, Alethia network stands behind & provide pre-opening training to you and key personal on the complete operations of the business.
Do I get any continuing guidance in the operation of my business?
Your success is our success. To realize this, ongoing training and support will certainly be one of our priorities. In addition to it, constant monitoring from our corporate office, periodic visits by corporate staff rendering assistance in maintenance of standards and improvement in the operational strategies of the outlet would be an ongoing feature. First hand observation and real time involvement are our means of keeping pace with market.
Who will take care of the advertising and promotion of this business?
As part of the proposal, Alethia will create awareness and handle national advertising for the services, in partnership with its primary services providers. However, local promotions and direct marketing shall be your responsibility.
May I apply if I do not have space?
Yes, you may apply. You need to assure us of the time required to procure the required space.
What is the total investment I will have to make?
The Franchisee fees is 3 lac, apart from this it’s the set up and place you will hire which is variable.
What is the Franchise Fee?
The Franchise fee is Rs.3, 00,000(Three lacs).
Is this franchise fee refundable?
No, this is a non-refundable lifetime fee. This will entitle you to run all the existing courses as well as the courses, which would come under the banner of Alethia in the near future.
Is there a financing option available?
Not from Alethia. However, you are at liberty to approach the banks for project finance.
Will I get a minimum Guarantee?
This franchise model is based on revenue sharing. It is designed to maximize earnings for you. It basically works on the concept of YOU GROW, WE GROW. Hence the question of minimum guarantee doesn’t arise.
Are there any functioning Alethia Centers?
Yes, Alethia Centers operating in different parts of the country. Now we are in the processes of opening centers across the country.
Will I get exclusivity of territory?
It depends upon the size of the place and company reserves the rights.
Will there be availability of necessary forms and administration aids?
During the course of training you would be explained all administrative procedures and the complete package of all necessary documentation essential for effective business administration.
How can I be sure that this is a viable franchisee?
Alethia is in the education business with more than two decades of experience and proven business success.
Where should I send my application?

Shall I get application money refunded, if I withdraw?
No.
Can I sell my Alethia franchisee?
Yes, just like any other business, the franchisee can be sold for the capital gain to a buyer approved by Alethia. However, we reserve the right of first refusal.
